Great please to eat.

Once I was seated, the hostess was ON IT and offered me a drink while my server recovered from a flurry of activity. They're known for their eggs benedict, I had the southwestern one (pictured). The food arrived quickly and was delicious. The coffee was good and strong, not watery diner coffee, unless that's your thing! My coffee and water were always full, excellent service DE VON!

Packed house on a Saturday morning but still managed to get good food and fast service. Had an omelette and the apple butter pancakes and left feeling borderline diabetic but overall happier. Take your lady here, ladies love cozy jailhouses.

Great setting in historic spot in Moab. There aren’t a lot of breakfast spots along Main Street so there may be a wait when you arrive but it moves pretty quickly. Food was good, reasonably priced, large portions and better than average service. Would definitely stop by again if we found ourselves in Moab.

When they say “Best Eggs Benedict” on their door, they mean it. Everything was amazing! Definitely try the soul food bacon and ginger pancakes also! The service was great, food came out quickly and was delicious! 14/10 would recommend.

This place is great! Conveniently located on the center of town. Quick service and delicious food.

The server was very sweet and energetic. The food was decent with a fair variety of food. Minus one star for no French toast and I was craving it.

PROS:The Jailhouse Cafe in Moab, UT is probably one of THE BEST places for Breakfast. The food is amazing! Servers are always very friendly. Their prices are very inexpensive. We eat here every time we come to Moab. CONS:During the busy season you can expect a very lengthy wait. I do believe you can call ahead for reservations. Unfortunately they are NOT open Year Round!! We came to Moab in late February, and went straight to Jailhouse Cafe for breakfast.... only to find out they do not open until March!!!

Breakfast, coffee and the service were all excellent! Ginger pancakes smell as good as they taste and the Dutch Apple Butter needs to come in a much larger bowl because it was yummy as well. Love the history of the location and all the old pictures on the wall. Definitely eat breakfast here while you're in town, I know we will be back soon!

Long wait. Food was alright. Not what I remembered from days of old. I'll be back out of necessity but will know to lower expectations. Tenured Server made experience much better. I'd go again just to see her. Think she called my honey or sugar or something. Me like

I bought the Southwestern Eggs Florentine. Tasty and the addition of the spinach added great texture to the eggs. Cafe is small but clean. Great retro colors and cozy interior. Recommended, particularly if you're looking for breakfast in Moab.

Awesome menu. I had the Ginger pancakes with apple butter. So good. Wendy our server was the best. We were greeted by the manager and seated. The best thick cut bacon I have ever had! If you are in Moab it's a must do.

The spinach and feta omelet was very good. My wife had the pesto omelet also great. Would like to return and try their variety of eggs Benedict. Had to wait on a Saturday morning, gets busy. Happy with the service and the serve great coffee.

First time here and the swedish pancakes were amazing! I travel the US in an RV and my husband and I have eaten at many breakfast places. This one is probably one of the top 3 because the swedish pancakes were so delicious. Waitress was friendly too!

Great place for breakfast in Moab, Utah!! Food is really delicious and the portions are big enough to fuel a hike in this beautiful part of the country. They only serve breakfast and they are good at it!!!

Love it here!!! Been a couple times now in 3 years from Texas. The last morning of our trip in Moab we had Wendy who was such a delight!! Anticipated our needs, was quick, kept the coffee coming, made sure everything was perfectly clean and safe for us...just fantastic! Had the lonely egg, toast, fruit, omlete and potatoes with their jailhouse hot sauce - the best!!

Jailhouse cafe advertises itself as a cute local cafe but it’s the most basic bland breakfast I’ve ever had. Absolutely disappointed I ate there. I would rather cook food on a hot plate than eat there.

They have GREAT COFFEE.

Amazing breakfast and great service. We ordered everything on the menu, all were scrumptious, so scrumptious that we went there twice. Our waiter was friendly on both occasions. I would recommend the American omelet and the ginger apple pancakes. Best breakfast in Moab

Amazing service, food was great. The server was kind and gave us the best service I have had in a while. we ate 10 minutes after ordering and everything was cooked perfectly

We stopped here for brunch.. We ordered ginger bread pancake and red pepper omlette. The food was good but the coffee cups smelled bad as they were not washed properly and pretty much used. They need to change their silver ware and coffee cups..

If you like eggs benedict, and I do, try them here. A bit of southwestern spice in the hollandaise and nicely poached eggs make a great breakfast. Open only for breakfast. Friendly staff.Good bacon too!

The place for breakfast in Moab. Super open and airy seating. Conveniently located on central Main St. Had the special which was a burrito with chorizo, eggs, cheddar cheese and potatoes. . Delicious!!

Stopped here for breakfast today on our trip thru Moab. We were walking by and decided to give it a try. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic!! My husband had the egg benedict, I had their eggs/chorizo/corn tortilla plate and my daughter had the swedish pancakes. All of it was fantastic! Great service and we loved the outdoor seating.

Service was quick and friendly! Food came out fast, and my coffee was never depleted thanks to the attentive staff.My classic scramble was fairly average to be honest, and the “English muffin” was stiff and resembled a hamburger bun. Still, I was hungry and needed coffee, and the Jailhouse was exactly what this criminal appetite needed.

This business understands the importance of customer service. All of the employees were friendly and we got our food really fast. Ingredients were fresh and delicious!

First time here and it was awesome! I loved the waffles and potatoes! Also, they showed me where the judge use to sit and the prisoner cell. I thought the historic part made it even cooler!!!

So yummy! Average prices but good portions. I had ginger pancakes with apple butter. Owner and waitress where very kind. Fun history about the place is on the menu. There are different seating areas in small buildings which is nice, keeps the sound down.

Excellent food! My boyfriend and I went here before a day of hiking at the Arches. We ordered the Swedish Lingonberry pancakes, Ginger and applebutter pancakes, and the Tricolor omelette. Everything was super yummy, but the omelette was definitely our favorite. Great place for breakfast!

One of my favorite breakfast places when I am in Moab. You can't go wrong with anything listed on the menu.
